**Mission**
Le Spécialiste en Service Client est chargé de traiter les questions, commentaires et réclamations des contrats Papernest énergie sur tous les canaux de communication disponibles. Son objectif est de fournir des expériences client positives en améliorant les relations entre eux et en fournissant des solutions opportunes.
**Fonctions**
- Interagir avec les clients, prospects, partenaires et fournisseurs principalement par téléphone (environ 50 appels/jours), pour leur fournir une assistance et des informations.
- S'assurer que les mesures appropriées sont prises pour résoudre les problèmes et les préoccupations des clients.
- Conserver les enregistrements des interactions des clients avec les détails des demandes de renseignements, des plaintes ou des commentaires.
- Contrôler le respect des processus de production et alerter en cas d'écarts.
- Valider et suivre les contrats demandés par nos prospects, clients et partenaires.
- Appliquer les processus définis et mettre à jour la documentation si nécessaire en accord avec le manager.
- Effectuer d'autres tâches connexes assignées.
**Compétences requises**
- Compétences en communication, y compris l'écoute active.
- Orienté vers le service et capable de résoudre les griefs des clients.
- Compétences informatiques maîtrisées et capacité d'apprendre de nouveaux logiciels.
- Connaissance ou capacité à apprendre un produit, un service ou un domaine de spécialisation en service client.
**Langue**
Le Spécialiste en Service Client doit être bilingue en français et avoir une bonne connaissance de l'anglais.
