About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced technical support professional to provide exceptional service to our clients. As a Field Support Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Providing technical support to clients, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Collaborating with the sales team to build strong client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Performing worldwide mission flights, providing necessary technical support in the field.
- Working with the Product team to provide feedback and contribute to the development of new products and technologies.
- Maintaining accurate records of technical support activities and customer interactions.
- Providing training and technical expertise to end-users and international partners.
- Performing mission analysis and debriefings to improve customer operating skills.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical, Telecommunications, or Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of technical support or related experience in the aeronautical or similar industry.
- Desirable knowledge of manned and unmanned aircraft systems, including fixed-wing and rotary aircraft.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel frequently, both domestically and internationally.
- Advanced English level is a must.
