About the Role

Wallbox is a leading company in the electric vehicle charging and energy management systems market, with a presence in 96 countries. We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Talent Development Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Performance Management
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive performance management system to support continuous employee development and high performance.
    • Collaborate with managers to deliver constructive feedback and develop clear performance metrics, goals, and evaluation criteria.
    • Monitor performance trends and identify opportunities for improvement to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  2. Training and Development
    • Design and deliver targeted learning initiatives and workshops to address specific performance issues and skill gaps.
    • Utilize performance data to identify high-potential employees and provide targeted development opportunities.
  3. Hiring and Onboarding
    • Develop and implement strategies for attracting and selecting high-quality candidates.
    • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop interview guides and selection criteria.
    • Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the organization and set up for success.
  4. Talent Assessment and Succession Planning
    • Develop and manage processes for assessing talent and identifying high-potential employees for key roles.
    • Coordinate succession planning activities to ensure a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for critical positions.
  5. Data Analysis and Reporting
    • Track and analyze performance data to measure the effectiveness of performance management and hiring initiatives.
    • Provide regular reports on key metrics related to employee performance, development, and hiring outcomes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in talent development, performance management, or a related HR function.
  • Strong knowledge of performance management processes, employee development strategies, and hiring best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
