Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to ensure the continuous development of existing managers and create solid pipelines of future team leaders and managers.
- Manage the Leadership Talent Development Programs, creating curriculum, frameworks, and processes to measure impact and coordinate delivery.
- Scout and develop innovative training solutions, select external partners, and lead the Leadership Dev Trainers and Coaches.
- Collaborate with the Talent Development area to ensure the implementation of a development structure for the training team.
- Manage internal and external stakeholders, report on performance, and support the Head of Talent for new business proposals.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; Spanish or Portuguese knowledge is preferable.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a manager in the Learning & Development area or in Sales Operations.
- Proven track record of strategic and operational expertise in designing, implementing, and measuring the impact of Leadership Development programs.
- Project management and/or program development and implementation experience.
- Strong diagnostic skills, ability to manage in remote or on-site environments, and sharp ability to use data to make decisions.
- Coaching and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to earn the confidence of senior stakeholders.
