Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly experienced EMEA Marketing Manager Acute Care to join our team. As a key member of our marketing leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes in the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes in the EMEA region.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Develop and manage marketing budgets to ensure effective use of resources.
- Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make data-driven decisions to optimize results.
- Bachelor's degree and an MBA or Business Master's is desirable.
- Substantial (+10 years) experience and proven track record in marketing and sales within the medical device industry.
- Experience in working with surgical products and surgeons.
- Well-versed in working in an international/global position.
- Preferably lived and/or worked in a cross-cultural environment.
- Open to travel frequently within EMEA (approximately 30-40% of the time).
