Job Summary

The Payment Support Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of payment-related activities for our clients. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Review and analyze Clinical Trial Agreements (CTAs) to ensure accurate payment processing.
  2. Collaborate with internal teams, including clinical operations, project management, and accounts payable, to resolve payment discrepancies.
  3. Prepare and distribute meeting minutes and action items for internal and external meetings.
  4. Maintain timely and effective communication with team members and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  5. Ensure all study documents are properly archived and maintained in accordance with company policies.
  6. Support quality assurance activities, including preparation for audits and internal reviews.
Requirements
  1. Associate's degree in a life science or related field, or equivalent experience.
  2. Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory requirements.
  3. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  4. Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
