Role Summary:

  • Oversee a group of Sales Executives across various EU locations
  • Facilitate weekly assessments and offer guidance to ensure sales goals are met
  • Mentor and develop team members for ongoing improvement
  • Work in partnership with Sales Managers and other stakeholders to refine training resources and enhance product understanding

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven ability to inspire sales teams to achieve financial objectives
  • Experience in training and managing outbound sales teams
  • Familiarity with software sales in the UKI region
  • Established history of personal sales achievements and team growth
