Senior Customer Service Expert

Als Senior Customer Service Administrator bist du der erste Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden und interne Stakeholder. Du bist verantwortlich für die Überwachung des gesamten Auftragsabwicklungsprozesses, die Koordination der Auftragsabwicklung, Rechnungsstellung und Lieferung sowie die Pflege enger Kundenbeziehungen.
Hauptaufgaben und Verantwortung:- Verantwortlich für die Zusammenarbeit mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams, um Probleme im Zusammenhang mit Auftragsverzögerungen, Auftragsrückständen, Rücksendungen usw. zu lösen.
- Reagiert umgehend und effektiv auf Kundenanfragen zu Auftragsänderungen und führt Aufzeichnungen über alle Änderungen.
- Koordinierung der Bearbeitung, Lieferung und des Versands von Aufträgen aus Werken und Lagern in Zusammenarbeit mit benannten Spediteuren.
- Proaktiver Dialog mit Kunden und internen Stakeholdern, um Erwartungen, Anforderungen und ihr Feedback zu verstehen.
- Übernahme von Verantwortung für Kundenbeschwerden und -probleme; Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Plänen für Korrekturmaßnahmen zur Verbesserung des Kundenservices.
- Sicherstellung der korrekten und fristgerechten Bearbeitung von Bestellungen, die über verschiedene Kanäle eingehen.
