Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Technical Project Manager to join our team in Madrid, Spain. As a key member of our Iberia region team, you will be responsible for providing project support for a portfolio of Tillster customer projects, managing content changes, and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide project support for a portfolio of Tillster customer projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  2. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and milestones, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
  3. Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure project success.
  4. Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing strategic recommendations to drive business growth.
  5. Manage content changes, working closely with the customer and Tillster's global team to ensure seamless implementation.
  6. Provide support to helpdesk teams in resolving incidents related to content changes.
  7. Undertake acceptance testing of product developments and related changes, ensuring high-quality results.
  8. Support team members as needed, contributing to the success of the team and the company.
Requirements:
  • Spanish and English - business proficiency required; plus, Portuguese strongly preferred.
  • 1-2 years of Project Management experience within the restaurant industry.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks, adapting to changes in a fast-paced environment.
