About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to join our team in the Iberia region and European Union. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for providing project support for a portfolio of customer projects, managing content changes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Support: Provide support for a portfolio of customer projects, including developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and milestones.
  2. Content Management: Manage content changes, including menu updates, in conjunction with customers and the global team.
  3. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and customer success, to ensure successful project delivery.
  4. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, communicating them clearly and effectively to stakeholders.
  5. Customer Engagement: Conduct regular customer meetings, responding strategically to customer requests and assessing customer satisfaction.
  6. Release Management: Participate in release meeting discussions and follow up with the team to ensure product updates are correctly administered.
  7. Product Development: Work with product management to create visibility to upcoming product and services-based opportunities.
  8. Support and Training: Provide support to helpdesk teams in the resolution of incidents related to content changes and undertake acceptance testing of product developments.
Requirements
  1. Language Skills: Spanish and English - business proficiency required, plus Portuguese strongly preferred.
  2. Project Management Experience: 1-2 years of project management experience within the restaurant industry.
  3. Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills that engender trust, resolve conflict, and create mutual accountability.
  4. Organizational Skills: Highly organized, with the ability to manage complex lists of objectives, sequence, and priority.
  5. Technical Skills: Strong technical/technological prowess, with the ability to identify, understand, and adapt to culture systems within customer companies.
