Associate Technical Project Manager – Iberia

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Technical Project Manager to join our team in Madrid, Spain. As a key member of our Iberia and EU operations, you will be responsible for leading technical projects and ensuring their successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Ensure effective communication and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in technical project management, with a strong background in software development and IT.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
