Job Title: Associate Technical Project Manager - Iberia

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Technical Project Manager to join our team in Madrid, Spain. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for providing project support for a portfolio of customer projects across the Iberia region and within the European Union.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and milestones to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional internal and external teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and at cost.
  3. Identify and mitigate project risks and communicate those risks clearly and effectively.
  4. Conduct regular customer meetings to assess customer satisfaction and respond strategically to customer requests.
  5. Manage content changes (menu) in conjunction with the customer and with the support of our global team.
  6. Provide support to helpdesk teams in the resolution of incidents related to changes in product/menu content.
  7. Undertake acceptance testing of product/menu developments and related changes.

Requirements

  • Spanish and English - business proficiency required; plus, Portuguese strongly preferred.
  • 1-2 years of Project Management experience within the restaurant industry preferred.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
