About the Role

Tillster is seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager to join its team in Madrid, Spain. As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing moderately complex technical and technology-centric programs and projects. You will work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Engineering, Technology Analysis & Documentation, Technical Support, and other teams to deliver technology solutions globally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute project plans to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of technical projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks and issues
  • Manage project scope, timelines, and budgets to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, including senior management
  • Ensure that project deliverables meet the required quality and technical standards
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in a technical project lead role
  • Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
