About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Project Manager to join our team at Tillster. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for leading technical projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, including project schedules, resource allocation, and budgeting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, and operations, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in technical project management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong technical skills, with expertise in software development, testing, and deployment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
