About the Role

Tillster is seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Project Manager to join its team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for managing moderately complex technical and technology-centric programs and projects. Your primary focus will be on delivering technology solutions globally, working closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Engineering, Technology Analysis & Documentation, Technical Support, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute project plans that meet client expectations and deliver high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, and budgets to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive issue resolution and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in a technical project lead role, preferably in an Agile/SCRUM environment.
  • Strong technical background, with experience in engineering and IT computer systems.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build buy-in and drive results.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and managing competing deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
