About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Talingual. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the miniature wargames industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a business development strategy to drive growth and revenue in the Dutch-speaking market
- Build and maintain relationships with key contacts in the industry, including independent retailers and distributors
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the industry, including market trends and competitor activity
- Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English
- Previous experience in a business development or sales role, preferably in the miniature wargames industry
- Completed higher education
- Target driven and motivated to exceed targets
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary, benefits, and relocation package, including:
- Excellent basic salary of EUR 35,000 gross p/a plus uncapped commission (OTE 40,600 EUR gross p/a)
- Fantastic relocation support, including a relocation bonus of 10% of your basic annual salary paid out with your first salary
- Profit share bonus (subject to meeting profit targets)
