Job Description

About the Role

Nadara is seeking a highly skilled Compliance Expert to join our Revenue Governance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks related to REMIT, EMIR, and MiFID.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Regulatory Compliance: Advise senior management on compliance laws, rules, and standards, and provide guidance to the business area on regulatory requirements.
  2. Risk Management: Identify, measure, and assess compliance risk, and develop strategies to mitigate potential risks.
  3. Process Development: Develop and implement new processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  4. Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor and test compliance, and report on a regular basis to senior management on compliance matters.
  5. Compliance Program: Establish and maintain a compliance program that ensures adherence to regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  1. Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of REMIT, EMIR, and MiFID regulations.
  2. Monitoring Skills: Strong monitoring and analytical skills to identify and assess compliance risk.
  3. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide guidance to the business area.
  4. Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS applications.
  5. Language Skills: Proficient in English; knowledge of Italian and Spanish is a plus.
