Compliance Case Specialist
Binance, a leading global blockchain ecosystem and cryptocurrency infrastructure provider, is seeking a highly skilled Compliance Case Specialist to join its team. As a key member of our compliance department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity of our financial systems and maintaining a strong reputation in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and review all forms of global law enforcement inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Perform blockchain tracing and preliminary investigations into unusual activities, utilizing advanced analytical tools and techniques.
- Assist with pre-SAR filing mitigating controls and client offboarding, maintaining a high level of attention to detail and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Participate in internal and external training programs related to AML/CFT and other subjects, staying up-to-date with the latest industry developments and best practices.
- Liaise with stakeholders to facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration, fostering a culture of open communication and cooperation.
- Perform general administration and related activities as required, supporting the business needs of the Company.
Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years of directly related experience in a compliance role and/or regulatory facing role, with a strong understanding of relevant rules and regulations.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is required to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
- Good knowledge of provisions of local laws, directives, regulations, and other standards applicable to subject persons, as well as upcoming regulation of virtual currency policies.
- Familiarity with blockchain analytics, either using existing tools or manually tracking funds effectively using relevant block explorers.
- Good analytical skills, systematic approach, and logical thinking.
- Team player skills.
- Proactive, ambitious, and user-focused attitude.
- Strong sense of accountability and ownership over law enforcement engagement process.
- Self-motivated, ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure and stress.
- Detail-oriented with strong controls mindset and time management skills.
