Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle and review all forms of global law enforcement inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Perform blockchain tracing and preliminary investigations into unusual activities, utilizing advanced analytical tools and techniques.
  • Assist with pre-SAR filing mitigating controls and client offboarding, maintaining a high level of attention to detail and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in internal and external training programs related to AML/CFT and other subjects, staying up-to-date with the latest industry developments and best practices.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration, fostering a culture of open communication and cooperation.
  • Perform general administration and related activities as required, supporting the business needs of the Company.

Requirements:

  • At least 1-2 years of directly related experience in a compliance role and/or regulatory facing role, with a strong understanding of relevant rules and regulations.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is required to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
  • Good knowledge of provisions of local laws, directives, regulations, and other standards applicable to subject persons, as well as upcoming regulation of virtual currency policies.
  • Familiarity with blockchain analytics, either using existing tools or manually tracking funds effectively using relevant block explorers.
  • Good analytical skills, systematic approach, and logical thinking.
  • Team player skills.
  • Proactive, ambitious, and user-focused attitude.
  • Strong sense of accountability and ownership over law enforcement engagement process.
  • Self-motivated, ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure and stress.
  • Detail-oriented with strong controls mindset and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
