About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Cisco Tech Presales Specialist to join our team at TD SYNNEX. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for working in the CISCO solution area, gaining accreditation and subject matter expert expertise, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to define and deliver complex solutions and projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with sales teams to design and configure vendor solutions, including defining Bills of Materials, to meet customer requirements.
  • Create quotes on the CISCO portfolio using CISCO tools, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Engage in internal discussions with European CISCO teams, as well as with partners and end customers, to provide expert advice and support.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, meeting predefined Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and communicate product and technology information to educate internal and external audiences.
  • Manage product/solution inquiries from internal/external sales, vendors, and resellers, and work towards achieving the required level of technical knowledge in product or technology groups.
Requirements
  • Technical knowledge in Wireless, Routing & Switching, and CCNA Routing & Switching.
  • Experience in Cisco Datacenter and knowledge of Webex and telephone exchanges, VOIP.
  • Desirable: knowledge of the complete CISCO portfolio, experience in pre-sales and business development tasks for each of the architectures.
  • Certification in CCNA is mandatory.
  • Multicultural person, capable of communicating with diverse stakeholders and collaborating with the Cisco Central European TD SYNNEX team.
  • Location: Alcobendas, with willingness to travel for in-person workshops.
