**The Technical Program Manager Role**
We're seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to own and drive the Amazon Business Customer Value (CV) Technical Charter. This critical initiative aims to increase customer and business value through high-velocity experimentation, automation of guardrails for abuse prevention, and supporting the Marketing Content Site.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Proven experience in program management, with a strong track record of delivering cross-functional initiatives.
• Expertise in data analysis, experimentation methodologies, and leveraging data-driven insights to drive business decisions.
• Strong understanding of customer experience, user behavior, and digital marketing strategies.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent.
