Job Title: Technical Program Manager

Brambles is seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to join our Digital Customer Solutions team. As a Technical Program Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the planning and execution of all activities covered by the Solutions team and managing the overall DCS roadmap process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the road mapping review and update processes involving DCS and regional stakeholders, balancing competing customer and business demands against available resources.
  • Generate roadmap options and analysis, and lead the ideation process, collecting and assessing new ideas, requests, and customer problems as inputs into solution roadmaps.
  • Track and communicate customer insight performance, facilitating learning and improvements, and ensuring the delivery velocity and smooth running of all Discovery stage activities across the DCS Solutions team.
  • Coordinate the QPC preparation and handshake process to agree a committed next quarter plan between DCS and Digital, IT, and Regional teams.
  • Lead, manage, and develop direct report teams, and work with Commercial teams and Product Development teams to establish and obtain consensus on customer goals, objectives, and deliverables.
Requirements:
  • Degree in a Technology, Engineering, Science, or Business degree, and either Product Management, Project Management, or Business Planning professional qualification.
  • Demonstrable experience and success in Product Management, Product Planning, Project Management, Portfolio Management, Business Planning, or IT Business Analyst roles within a context similar to DCS.
  • People Leadership experience, and fluency in English.
  • Desirable: experience working in a technology start-up or small technology business, knowledge of supply chains in FMCG and Food industry, and fluency in Spanish.
