Job Title: Technical Program Manager

Brambles is a leading provider of supply chain solutions, and we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to join our Digital Customer Solutions team.

About the Role

The Technical Program Manager will be responsible for managing the planning and execution of all activities covered by the Solutions team and managing the overall DCS roadmap process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evolving the rolling 2-year DCS discovery and delivery roadmap, including creating options, facilitating decisions, and communicating with stakeholders.
  • Leading the ideation process, gathering and assessing new ideas, requests, and customer problems as inputs into the solution roadmaps.
  • Managing the DCS customer insights and NPS process to continuously gather feedback and ideas from customer organizations and users.
  • Tracking and communicating customer insight performance, facilitating learning, and improvements.
  • Coordinating the QPC preparation and handshake process to agree on a committed next quarter plan between DCS and Digital, IT, and Regional teams.
  • Leading, managing, and developing the direct report team.
  • Working with Commercial teams and Product Development teams to establish and obtain consensus on customer goals, objectives, and deliverables.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a Technology, Engineering, Science, or Business field.
  • Either a Product Management, Project Management, or Business Planning professional qualification.
  • Demonstrable experience and success in roles such as Product Management, Product Planning, Project Management, Portfolio Management, Business Planning, or IT Business Analyst.
  • People leadership experience.
  • Confident and experienced in using Jira tooling, including Jira Align.
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in a SaaS/IoT product environment.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in a technology start-up or small technology business, knowledge of supply chains in FMCG and Food industry, and fluency in Spanish are desirable.
