Position Overview

The Sales Representative for Nordic Regions is tasked with acquiring new business from both current and prospective clients within a designated sales area. Candidates will focus on meeting revenue targets by managing, cultivating, and expanding a pipeline of sales prospects. This will be achieved through following up on qualified leads generated by the Sales Development team, as well as through proactive outreach to targeted prospects and customer lists. You will gain valuable experience engaging with clients across various levels, industries, and geographical locations. Sales Representatives will strategically identify and qualify opportunities within their assigned regions. They collaborate closely with Sales Development representatives, field-based Territory Sales Executives, and channel partners.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and prioritize high-potential target accounts within a specified territory Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives to ensure timely follow-up on sales leads Generate and secure new business opportunities to enhance the sales pipeline within the assigned territory Quickly recognize decision-makers and influencers along with their respective business needs, timelines, and budgets Ensure that the needs of prospects and customers are understood and addressed by clearly articulating how Autodesk solutions can enhance their business Utilize phone, email, and web-based communication as primary methods of engaging with customers Conduct in-person sales meetings with decision-makers to finalize significant deals Leverage field-based Territory Sales Executives as necessary Develop and strengthen relationships with channel partners to enhance overall territory performance and exceed customer expectations Assemble the appropriate team for each opportunity, coordinating Autodesk personnel including presales, consultants, and services to deliver value to the client Provide accurate and timely sales forecasting and updates to sales management Consistently achieve or surpass monthly sales targets and quotas

Minimum Qualifications

Professional demeanor with strong organizational, planning, communication, and problem-solving abilities Proficient presentation skills for virtual presentations Proven capability to manage multiple concurrent sales processes Demonstrated ability to collaborate with remote team members Excellent written and verbal communication skills Commitment to continually enhance sales skills through on-the-job coaching, self-directed learning, and as outlined by Autodesk's sales career progression framework Comfortable operating in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Fluency in English and any Nordic language
