Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Representative to join our team in the Nordic region. As a Territory Sales Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting and hunting for new business opportunities, closing deals through the Channel, and meeting sales quotas through up-selling, add-on sales, and cross-selling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute account plans to generate and close deals within defined territories
  • Identify C-Level decision-makers and influencers, and understand their business needs, timelines, and budgets
  • Ensure that prospect and customer needs are understood and addressed by articulating how Autodesk solutions will accelerate their business
  • Meet sales targets by managing opportunities and forecasting accurately
  • Deliver high-quality executive presentations and discovery workshops with customers
  • Partner with the Customer Success, License Compliance, Technical Sales team, and other stakeholders to grow sales and gain market share

Requirements

  • Native Nordic speaker (ideally Swedish or Norwegian) and fluent level of English
  • Sales experience in the IT/SaaS industry
  • Negotiation skills and sales to C-Level
  • Industry knowledge: background in architecture, engineering, or construction is a plus
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus
