About the Role
At Empresa Reconocida, we're committed to innovation and excellence in the aerospace industry. As a Process Engineer - Aerospace Adhesives Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring efficient production and high-quality products.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage all operations at factory level to ensure efficient production and high-quality products.
- Deliver against plant performance KPIs, budget, and projects.
- Set up and execute development plans for plant personnel.
- Ensure operations processes and solutions are implemented according to global procedures and local regulations.
- Collaborate on the design, development, and implementation of new chemical production processes for the aerospace sector.
- Support the technical department in production transfer and production trials.
- Strive for improvements and efficiencies in the engineering area.
- Monitor KPIs for engineering processes.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technical development and trends in the field of expertise.
Your Skills and Qualifications
- University degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
- Interested in production and industrialization processes, and lab test validation.
- Experience in chemical processes.
- Knowledge in quality standards will be valued.
- Fluent English and Spanish.
- High command of MS Office package.
- Willingness to work in a team and able to travel.
- Teamwork player.
- Good attitude and entrepreneurial mindset to propose.
