Job Summary
We are seeking a Junior Account Executive to join our Country Coordination team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating client campaigns and projects across different countries, communicating clearly with all stakeholders, and understanding client and agency needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Create relationships with agency teams in local markets and remain in close communication to respond to requests in a timely manner.
- Develop relationships with client contacts within the SEAT & CUPRA Country Coordination team.
- Document meeting actions with contact reports or emails, ensuring compliance with our 90-day retention policy.
- Arrange status meetings, including sending out invitations, creating/updating documents, and organizing conference calls/travel details for the team.
- Update team status reports with information.
- Create and update timing plans for large projects to understand potential delays and manage client expectations.
- Understand client guidelines and ensure local market creatives adhere to them.
