The Role
The Country Coordination Junior Account Executive will be responsible for the coordination, across different countries, of client campaigns and projects and, therefore, communicating clearly to all those involved. This includes understanding both client and agency needs, objectives, and liaising closely with them throughout projects on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Create a relationship with agency teams in local markets and remain in close communication to respond timely to requests.
- Create a relationship with specific contacts within the SEAT & CUPRA Country Coordination team.
- Ensure all meeting actions are documented with a contact report or an email.
- Arrange status meetings, including sending out invites, creating/updating documents, and organizing conference calls/travel details for the team.
- Update team status reports with information.
- Create and update timing plans for all large projects to understand potential delays and manage expectations of the client.
