Overview
We're seeking a talented Country Coordination Junior Account Executive to join our team at DDB. As a key member of our global advertising team, you'll play a crucial role in coordinating campaigns and projects across different countries.
Responsibilities
- Develop strong relationships with agency teams in local markets, ensuring seamless communication and timely responses to requests.
- Build and maintain relationships with key contacts within the SEAT & CUPRA Country Coordination team.
- Document meeting actions and ensure all necessary reports are saved on our system.
- Arrange status meetings, including sending out invites, creating documents, and organizing conference calls and travel details.
- Update team status reports with the latest information.
- Create and update timing plans for large projects to manage expectations and potential delays.
- Understand client guidelines and ensure local market creatives are aware of them.
