Italian Sales Representative

Teleperformance Spain, a leading provider of contact center services, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Italian Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Barcelona.
Responsibilities:- Meet daily interaction targets through phone calls and emails
- Qualify and manage inbound leads, ensuring a strong sales pipeline
- Understand business needs and tailor our product offerings accordingly
- Prepare and set expectations with businesses regarding onboarding and go-live processes
- Develop a deep understanding of onboarding requirements and processes for our product across different regions
- Collaborate with businesses to collect and submit necessary information for onboarding
- Accurately advise and support businesses on verification requirements during the onboarding process
- Effectively troubleshoot or escalate issues and feedback through appropriate channels
- Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Native-level Italian language proficiency
- Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken
- Experience in fast-paced, scaled operations environments
- Background in call center or customer-facing roles
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Effective communication skills, both written and spoken
- Ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Google Docs and Sheets or Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Bachelor's degree in Business
- 2+ years of experience in similar fields, such as working with legal teams, trust & safety, vetting, or similar
- At least 1+ years of experience in sales, recruiting, or customer-facing roles
- Experience working with local legislation or government entities
- Familiarity with home services, such as plumbing, locksmiths, electrical, etc.
- Full-time position (39 hours/week)
- Salary: 18,000€ gross/year - up to 1,000€ gross/year (bonus)
- Hybrid working model in Barcelona
