Marketing Automation and Campaigns Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Automation and Campaigns Specialist to support Expedia Group's marketing efforts across our 38,000+ demand partners. The ideal candidate will have experience in running global customer communication campaigns and technical expertise in Marketo, enabling us to acquire new partners and grow existing ones.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Support:

  • Facilitate post-campaign learnings and build a knowledge base of campaign best practices for new business and partner marketing.
  • Support the production and implementation of articles and other learning solutions content.
  • Own and optimize our global master campaign intake process.

Automation Support:

  • Produce accurate, high-quality, thoughtfully designed Marketo solutions independently.
  • Collaborate with workstream leads and use datasets to uncover insights and identify opportunities to improve campaigns and processes.
  • Early problem-solving and scoping - take the first steps to frame a problem and develop a work plan for review.
  • Document technical solutions in a way that is understandable and usable for business-oriented consumers.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years' experience working directly in Marketo to execute B2B marketing campaigns.
  • Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce.
  • Strong knowledge of Marketo and good skills with Salesforce. Experience in other marketing tech stack tools, such as Knak, is a plus.

  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work comfortably in ambiguous situations.
  • Ability to work effectively in a lean, entrepreneurial, global and highly matrixed environment.
  • Affinity for data - experience with data modeling, database design, and segmentation techniques.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and influence key stakeholders to support proposed strategies, process improvements and operational decisions.

  • Marketo Certified Expert.

  • SQL knowledge.
