Key Responsibilities:- Facilitate post-campaign learnings and build a knowledge base of campaign best practices for new business and partner marketing.

- Early problem solving and scoping - you will need to take the first steps to frame a problem and develop a work plan for review.
- Document technical solutions in a way that is understandable and usable for business-oriented consumers.
- 2+ years' experience working directly in Marketo to execute B2B marketing campaigns.
- Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce.
- Strong knowledge of Marketo and good skills with Salesforce.
- A passionate B2B marketing automation specialist with a knowledge of and enthusiasm for marketing automation best practices, emerging trends, and technologies.
- Data-driven with an analytical mindset and ability to analyse large data sets to find opportunities and uncover ways to continuously improve campaigns.
- Tireless, results-driven mentality with a positive mind-set and ability to continually critique and optimise performance.
- High impact personality with an enthusiastic and positive, can-do attitude and bias to action.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills with ability to work comfortably in ambiguous situations.

- Marketo Certified Expert.
- Project Management Certified.
