About the Role:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Allegis Global Solutions, you will play a critical role in partnering with our recruiters and hiring managers to drive business results through innovative talent solutions. Your expertise will be essential in building and maintaining effective talent pools, staying ahead of market trends, and providing recruitment guidance and advice to our teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake recruitment activities with a focus on direct sourcing, leveraging your knowledge of the global market to identify top talent.
- Build and maintain effective talent pools to stay ahead of market trends for key skill sets across our recruitment portfolio.
- Communicate recruitment trends and market intelligence to hiring managers, providing actionable insights to inform their hiring decisions.
- Manage requisitions through accurate documentation of all recruitment-related data and information, ensuring compliance with current recruitment legislation and agreed client processes.
- Provide recruitment guidance and advice to our Recruitment Sourcing Specialists and Recruitment Coordinators, ensuring seamless collaboration and execution.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment activity for designated business areas, providing accurate volume forecasting to inform business decisions.
- Coach candidates on how to prepare for selection stages, providing professional advice and open and honest feedback in a timely manner.
- Utilize specialist market knowledge to assist with the development and ongoing management of pre-qualified Talent Pools in collaboration with our Recruitment Sourcing Specialists.
Requirements:
- Professionally bilingual in Spanish and English.
- Prior experience in end-to-end recruitment within the staffing industry or Corporate HR, preferably with a global organization.
- Experience in Beauty, Cosmetics, FMCG considered an asset.
- Prior experience conducting behavioral-based interviews for a variety of roles.
- Successful experience managing multiple searches and stakeholders at different stages of the recruitment lifecycle.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Prior experience in using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Ability to write client-oriented communications, such as emails and job descriptions.
- Ability to give presentations to clients ranging in group size from one to fifteen.
