Your RoleWe are seeking a dedicated professional to join our Service & Support team, focusing on HR Systems, particularly SAP HCM and SuccessFactors.
- Team Collaboration: You will be an integral part of our international team, working closely with HR Keyusers and Business Solutions Experts to resolve issues.
- Issue Management: Your responsibilities will include prioritizing, analyzing, documenting, and addressing incoming support tickets.
- Cross-Departmental Cooperation: You will liaise with various departments and collaborate with both internal and external development teams.
- Training and Development: If needed, you will conduct training sessions for local support teams to enhance their skills.
- Process Optimization: Continuous improvement of support processes will be a key focus in your daily activities.
- Proactive Problem Management: You will engage in both proactive and reactive strategies to minimize disruptions in HR Systems.
- Service Contact: You will serve as the primary contact for application support.
- A degree in Information Technology or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in support roles or IT projects is essential.
- Familiarity with Support Ticketing Systems is advantageous.
- Knowledge of SAP HCM is beneficial.
- Fluency in English and German is required.
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new topics is crucial.
- Strong analytical skills and a process-oriented mindset are important.

- Knowledge of ITIL practices is a plus.
