Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our Automation Systems division in Spain. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing our Service Strategy and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute service sales strategies to meet customer expectations
  • Manage customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Lead a team of professionals to deliver exceptional service and support
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Develop and implement service strategies to meet customer needs and drive business growth
  • Manage financial performance and ensure profitability
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, sales teams, and internal partners

Requirements

  • Relevant engineering degree
  • At least 3 years' experience in a similar position, with a similar level of responsibility
  • Excellent planning and follow-up, project handling, and negotiation skills
  • Customer service mindset, client management, and leadership skills
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, self-managed, and result-oriented ability
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with business acumen, problem-solving skills, and experience working in a matrix, multi-cultural, international environment
  • Fluency in English and Spanish language, both written and spoken
