About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Expert to join our team at Interstate Ac Service. As an Automation Expert, you will play a critical role in supporting our manufacturing operations, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining and improving our site's systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support other areas in troubleshooting and provide assistance to manufacturing operations as part of the day-to-day routine.
  • Maintain and improve the site's systems and processes, ensuring seamless integration with our IT infrastructure.
  • Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Implement site projects, leading or participating in them, and contributing automation knowledge.
  • Define and maintain SOPs and other GMP documentation for automation systems, ensuring inspection readiness.
  • Collaborate with EHS and Quality Departments to implement and sustain a safety and quality culture.
  • Interact with Global Automation, following standards and guidelines, to ensure Digital Transformation.
Requirements
  • University degree in Engineering (Automation, Electronics, or similar).
  • Fluent English.
  • Experience around 3-5 years in automation in a pharmaceutical industry or similar.
  • Experience in a GxP environment.
  • Knowledge of Siemens and Rockwell PLCs, Wonderware, and System Platform SCADAs, SIEMENS HMI systems.
  • Good knowledge of IT/OT infrastructure and equipment connectivity (networks, active directory, backup&restore, EPP...).
  • Strong organizational and teamwork skills to work in an environment with changing priorities.
  • Ability to manage projects.
  • Ability to communicate, interact, and influence effectively at all levels.
