About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and autonomous Account Manager to join our Hub Delivery team at Amazon. As a key member of our last-mile team, you will be responsible for recruiting and managing a pool of local stores, as well as building relationships with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Store Management: Build relationships with Hub Delivery store owners and cultivate trust among community leaders.
  • Lifecycle Management: Provide operational support for on-boarded Stores, including monitoring performance and leading meetings.
  • Team Support: Support your team in daily management of operations, including assigning job duties and dealing with ambiguity.
  • Problem-Solving: Utilize exceptional problem-solving skills to find practical and simple solutions to complex problems.
  • Communication: Communicate daily metrics and manage escalations, working closely with Operations and CO teams.
  • Travel and Flexibility: Willingness to travel to visit Hub Delivery Stores/Delivery Stations and work in non-traditional shift patterns, including weekends.
Requirements
  • Education: A degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: Relevant experience in logistics, data analysis, and communication with stakeholders.
  • Language: Advanced proficiency in written and verbal Spanish and English.
  • Skills: Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
