Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Technology Strategist to join our team at Spaulding Ridge. As a key member of our global IT corporate team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our corporate systems and driving technical innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead technical architecture, innovation, and automation for corporate services
  • Develop and implement technical plans and strategies to drive business growth and improvement
  • Manage and coordinate technical teams to ensure quality and performance
  • Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and coaching to team members
  • Establish integration paradigms and development standards
  • Design and implement databases and develop integration tests
  • Conduct code reviews and participate in business requirements definition and documentation

Requirements

  • Sound Salesforce development and design skills
  • Proficient in multiple DevOps tools and techniques and knowledgeable in infrastructure automation and configuration management
  • Experience using Agile delivery methodology
  • Advanced automation and scripting skills in APEX, LWC/Aura, JavaScript, Python, and SQL
  • Prior hands-on experience with NetSuite and REST/SOAP API
  • Ability to learn new programming languages easily
  • Sound experience in team management and mentorship
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience working in a creative and fast-paced environment
