About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at NewCo Communications. As a German Language Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels, providing solutions to customer issues and concerns.
  • Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a fair and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with customers, colleagues, and management, ensuring clear and concise information is shared.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve complex customer issues, using problem-solving skills and knowledge of company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Language Skills: Native-level proficiency in German (both spoken and written) and a good command of the English language.
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or customer-facing role.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with customers, colleagues, and management.
