About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Coordinator to join our team at Spectos Gmbh. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our project management team in implementing day-to-day operations for Spanish-speaking projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Close collaboration with project management and team leadership to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Data analysis and statistical evaluations to inform business decisions.
  • Composing result-oriented reports with business-strategic recommendations for action.
  • Intensive customer contact, including requirements analysis and proposal preparation.
  • Continuous control and monitoring of internal quality standards.
  • Support in set-up and execution of continuous and ad hoc projects.
  • Design of customized monitoring and improvement solutions.
  • Cooperation with external service providers.
  • Determination and preparation of key figures.
Requirements
  • Completed vocational training or university degree (preferably in economics, sociology, or engineering).
  • Experience in customer service.
  • Knowledge of market research is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of the postal & logistics sector is an advantage.
  • Ability to work in agile teams.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, Trello, Confluence.
  • Good communication skills within the team, with partners, and customers.
  • English level B2, at least C1 preferred.
  • Organized and meticulous work ethic.
  • High adherence to deadlines & ability to work on time.
  • Analytical & holistic thinking.
  • Affinity for statistics, data, and data analysis.
