About the Role

We are seeking a talented and results-driven individual to join our On-Trade team as a Business Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth and maximize Bacardi's performance at On-Trade customers in your region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the delivery of our 2 objectives: EFO & new model.
  • Implement the Commercial plan that delivers against customer programs agreed in the Country Integrated Activity Plan (IAP) specific to the On-Trade customers.
  • Negotiate with Point Sales to deliver Distribution & Visibility targets.
  • Drive the use of Picture of Success and approach to activate our brands to influence consumers at the point of purchase.
  • Identify opportunities and guide the development and execution of strategies to maximize Bacardi's performance at On Trade customers in your region, achieving value creation.
Requirements
  • Demonstrable track record of performance in Commercial, field sales experience preferred.
  • Demonstrable affinity with On Trade, Events and / or Promotions.
  • Solid ability to organize your work independently and effectively.
  • Solid negotiation skills.
  • Good Communicator and an active listener.
  • Team player.
