Business Development Manager

We are seeking a talented and results-driven individual to join our On-Trade team as a Business Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth and maximize Bacardi's performance at On-Trade customers in your region.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the delivery of our 2 objectives: EFO & new model.
- Implement the Commercial plan that delivers against customer programs agreed in the Country Integrated Activity Plan (IAP) specific to the On-Trade customers.
- Negotiate with Point Sales to deliver Distribution & Visibility targets.
- Drive the use of Picture of Success and approach to activate our brands to influence consumers at the point of purchase.
- Identify opportunities and guide the development and execution of strategies to maximize Bacardi's performance at On Trade customers in your region, achieving value creation.
- Demonstrable track record of performance in Commercial, field sales experience preferred.
- Demonstrable affinity with On Trade, Events and / or Promotions.
- Solid ability to organize your work independently and effectively.
- Solid negotiation skills.
- Good Communicator and an active listener.
- Team player.
