Job Title: Branch Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to oversee the growth and development of our portfolio in terms of profitability, number of accounts, volume, and deposit level targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, sales, and collection, with excellent communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase deposit generation and client satisfaction
  • Work closely with marketing and support groups to ensure smooth service delivery to customers
  • Monitor and document incoming and outgoing accounts to minimize risks and enable the bank to plan ahead
  • Exhibit high levels of professionalism in appearance, client handling, and service delivery

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Administration, Finance, or related field
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive a motorcycle
  • Experience in marketing, sales, and collection
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
