Objective
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will oversee the daily recruitment efforts to attract top-tier talent. Collaborating closely with the HR Manager and HR Business Partners, they will implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to the local market. This role is pivotal in ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process and managing relationships with external agencies alongside the HR team.

Key Responsibilities

Your contributions will include:

  • Overseeing the entire recruitment cycle (profiling, sourcing, screening, and evaluation) for various roles within the organization. Provide timely assessments and feedback to hiring managers regarding candidate profiles. Ensure a seamless candidate journey in partnership with hiring managers, including onboarding processes.
  • Support hiring managers by guiding them in making informed hiring choices and facilitating clear communication between HR and management. Collaborate with the global talent team as necessary and remain updated on internal tools and procedures.
  • Utilize data and insights to evaluate internal and external trends, recommending effective solutions. Educate hiring managers on the use of internal resources and provide necessary training on business systems and recruitment processes.
  • A minimum of 5 years of comprehensive recruitment experience (either agency or in-house) within the consumer goods, beverage, distribution, or media sectors.
  • Proven experience in direct sourcing, leveraging platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and other social media to engage with hard-to-reach candidates across diverse departments.
  • Proficient in analyzing data from both external and internal sources.
  • A University Degree is required (fields such as Psychology, Law, Business Administration, etc.). Postgraduate qualifications in Human Resources are advantageous.
  • Bilingual proficiency in written and spoken Spanish and English.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure while managing multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
  • Commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Strong organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
  • A personable individual with a positive attitude and a collaborative spirit.
  • Willingness to travel 10-20% of the time.
