Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Lead Expert to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent in the retail sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Manage and coordinate end-to-end internal and external recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Oversee the talent acquisition specialist team, providing guidance and support to ensure consistency in processes and procedures.
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs and other recruitment metrics to ensure targets are met and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Attraction & Acquisition Manager to develop and adjust the recruitment strategy.
  • Implement and ensure the deployment of the recruitment strategy, maintaining consistency in processes across all strategic areas.
  • Develop innovative recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals, promoting positive candidate experiences.
  • Analyze and improve the existing recruitment model, processes, and systems, proposing alternatives to enhance team efficiency and productivity.
  • Propose and implement process and technology improvements, adopting industry best practices and innovative strategies.
  • Identify new recruitment channels and sources, establishing favorable collaboration agreements.
  • Promote the use of resource management tools aligned with company needs.
  • Understand business needs and provide tailored talent attraction solutions.
  • Work closely with corporate areas (especially Internal and Corporate Communication) to align employer branding with commercial strategy and set KPIs to measure the success of branding initiatives.
  • Monitor and balance the team's workload to ensure equitable distribution, optimizing productivity and taking care of business priorities.
  • Coordinate and develop the team to achieve objectives, ensuring effective onboarding and continuous professional development for the best talent.
  • Provide coaching and ensure efficiency and agility in the team.
  • Create and manage analytics-based dashboards.
  • Monitor and visually present key performance indicators for each stakeholder.
  • Ensure the quality of dashboards and personalized reports for strategic decision-making.

Requirements

  • Over 5 years in talent attraction and acquisition roles, preferably in the retail sector and managing high-volume recruitment cycles.
  • Expertise in team coordination and planning.
  • Experience in people analytics, Power BI, and HRIS (Workday is a plus).
  • Ability to develop and execute strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • English proficiency level.
  • Working experience in Agile environments/methodologies.
  • Ability to perform in High-Performance environments.
