Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Lead Expert to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent in the retail sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
- Manage and coordinate end-to-end internal and external recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Oversee the talent acquisition specialist team, providing guidance and support to ensure consistency in processes and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs and other recruitment metrics to ensure targets are met and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the Talent Attraction & Acquisition Manager to develop and adjust the recruitment strategy.
- Implement and ensure the deployment of the recruitment strategy, maintaining consistency in processes across all strategic areas.
- Develop innovative recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals, promoting positive candidate experiences.
- Analyze and improve the existing recruitment model, processes, and systems, proposing alternatives to enhance team efficiency and productivity.
- Propose and implement process and technology improvements, adopting industry best practices and innovative strategies.
- Identify new recruitment channels and sources, establishing favorable collaboration agreements.
- Promote the use of resource management tools aligned with company needs.
- Understand business needs and provide tailored talent attraction solutions.
- Work closely with corporate areas (especially Internal and Corporate Communication) to align employer branding with commercial strategy and set KPIs to measure the success of branding initiatives.
- Monitor and balance the team's workload to ensure equitable distribution, optimizing productivity and taking care of business priorities.
- Coordinate and develop the team to achieve objectives, ensuring effective onboarding and continuous professional development for the best talent.
- Provide coaching and ensure efficiency and agility in the team.
- Create and manage analytics-based dashboards.
- Monitor and visually present key performance indicators for each stakeholder.
- Ensure the quality of dashboards and personalized reports for strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- Over 5 years in talent attraction and acquisition roles, preferably in the retail sector and managing high-volume recruitment cycles.
- Expertise in team coordination and planning.
- Experience in people analytics, Power BI, and HRIS (Workday is a plus).
- Ability to develop and execute strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- English proficiency level.
- Working experience in Agile environments/methodologies.
- Ability to perform in High-Performance environments.
