Objective
The Talent Acquisition Expert will oversee the daily recruitment activities aimed at attracting top-tier talent. Collaborating closely with the HR Manager and HR Business Partners, this role will utilize effective recruitment strategies and methodologies tailored to the local market. The Talent Acquisition Expert will guarantee an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process and will manage relationships with agencies and vendors in conjunction with the HR Manager and Business Partners.

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Management

Lead the recruitment lifecycle (profiling, sourcing, screening, and evaluation) for various positions across the Red Bull organization.

Evaluate and provide prompt feedback to hiring managers regarding candidate profiles.

Oversee the candidate journey from initiation to completion in partnership with hiring managers (including onboarding materials, orientation, etc.).

Stay informed on market trends within the local region and the beverage industry landscape.

Collaboration & Partnerships

Support hiring managers by guiding them in making informed hiring choices and ensuring effective communication among HR team members and line managers.

Collaborate, when necessary, with the global talent team and remain updated on internal tools and processes.

Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent acquisition partners.

Processes, Tools, and Programs

Leverage data and insights to assess internal and external information and propose solutions.

Educate hiring managers on the use of internal tools.

Provide training on business systems and talent acquisition processes as required.

Promote 'Red Bull Wingfinder' as a recruitment and selection tool, offering a unique employee value proposition experience for candidates.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of comprehensive recruitment experience (either agency or in-house) within consumer goods, beverage, distribution, or media sectors.

Proven experience in direct sourcing, utilizing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and other social media channels to connect with hard-to-reach candidates across various departments.

Experience in utilizing and interpreting data from both external and internal sources.

A University Degree is required (Psychology, Law, Business Administration, or related fields). Postgraduate qualifications in Human Resources are preferred.

Fluency in both written and spoken Spanish and English.

Ability to thrive under pressure while managing multiple deadlines and stakeholders.

Demonstrated accuracy and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

Proficient in building effective relationships across the organization.

Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal).

Strong organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail.

A personable individual with a positive attitude and a strong collaborative spirit.

Additional Information

Travel Requirements: 20%
