The Global Talent Acquisition Specialist serves as the primary liaison for the international Talent Acquisition network, focusing on recruitment and onboarding methodologies, systems, tools, and vendor relationships, particularly emphasizing the SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting module. The objective is to facilitate a seamless and efficient end-to-end recruitment and onboarding experience while optimizing costs for the established quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the global Talent Acquisition network, drawing on their insights, addressing their needs and challenges, and ensuring the dissemination of relevant knowledge and best practices throughout the community.
  • Act as the authority on SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting: spearhead implementation and enhancement initiatives to ensure continuous system improvement. Assess and convert business needs into system modification requests, manage change requests and backlog, coordinate with secondary and tertiary support, oversee release management, and conduct testing of new features and updates across all instances. Provide training and communication regarding system changes to users, and manage agency interactions and notifications within the system while serving as the first point of contact for user inquiries related to system issues.
  • Enhance the end-to-end hiring process, including onboarding, by identifying and executing efficiencies and process enhancements.
  • Offer guidance, support, and change management for global initiatives that align with the overarching vision and goals for Talent Acquisition, aimed at improving candidate experiences, minimizing biases, diversifying candidate pools, and fostering agility and customer-centricity.
  • Develop and implement a global, standardized framework for interviews and selections, along with a comprehensive onboarding process.
  • Evaluate the current landscape of external talent acquisition vendors, formulate a strategy to capitalize on synergies, and establish a global vendor management system.
  • Monitor standard KPIs for recruitment; analyze, process, and visualize the data using Power BI.
  • Promote innovation in sourcing and hiring strategies by engaging with external Talent Acquisition expert networks.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a comparable role, particularly with the SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting module.
  • Strong expertise in processes, data analysis, and metrics.
  • A genuine passion for talent acquisition.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities, with the capacity to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative and resourceful problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills across all organizational levels, with effective listening abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Power BI.
  • Previous experience in an international matrix organization.
  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, business administration, human resources management, social sciences, or a related field; a Master's degree in HR, Business, I/O Psychology, or a similar discipline is preferred.
  • Proficient knowledge of the MS Office suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential, including the ability to create new templates, forms, and checklists in accordance with defined corporate design and identity standards.
