Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the accounts payable process, ensuring accurate and timely payment of invoices, and maintaining vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Invoice Processing: Receive, review, and process invoices for payment, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Vendor Management: Maintain vendor accounts, including setup, maintenance, and communication regarding payment inquiries and discrepancies.
  • Payment Processing: Prepare and process payment batches, including checks, electronic transfers, and ACH payments, in accordance with payment terms and deadlines.
  • Reconciliation: Reconcile payments with invoices and ensure proper documentation and authorization for all transactions.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze accounts payable data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and efficiency enhancements.
  • Reporting: Prepare periodic reports and ad-hoc analyses for management review and decision-making purposes.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accounting standards, and internal control policies related to accounts payable processes.
