Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team at Snaphunt. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving business efficiency and profitability by identifying and implementing process improvements to optimize performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement business plans in line with our company's strategy and objectives.
  • Ensure the smooth running of our office by handling all general office administration functions.
  • Work with various stakeholders to ensure business plans are effectively rolled out.
  • Act as the main point of contact for any general office and/or facility-related concerns.
  • Drive business efficiency and profitability by identifying and implementing process improvements to optimize performance.
  • Support on-boarding and off-boarding of staff.
  • Develop and communicate internal guidelines and best practices with respect to your overall responsibilities.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in a Business Manager/Chief of Staff or Office Manager role, ideally within the Professional Services industry.
  • Organized and good interpersonal skills.
  • Good computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and multi-task effectively.
  • Excellent communication and business-facing skills.
  • Strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in changing environments.
  • Highly goal-driven and able to work well in fast-paced environments.
