About the Role

We are seeking a talented Campaign Management Expert to join our Campaigns Team of Customer Interactions Tribe at ING.

Your role will be to develop new functional capabilities to enhance our comms E2E platform with Adobe, ensuring a hyper-personalization strategy to accelerate customer experience and development results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new functional capabilities to improve efficiency and scalability of our comms platform with Adobe.
  • Ensure a hyper-personalization strategy to accelerate customer experience and development results.
  • Align with stakeholders involved in the engagement funnel (Customer Comms Strategy Area, Marketing, Everyday Engagement & Assisted Channels).
  • Be an expert in campaign management tools, including Adobe, and work with technical teams to provide business requirements and functional support.
  • Consider data and have a deep understanding of customer journeys, analyzing them and using the most appropriate communication through different channels.
  • Supervise communications to measure their effectiveness and value added for clients, identify improvements needed, and propose solutions in a continuous feedback cycle.
Requirements
  • Experience implementing Adobe Journey Optimizer.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform, specifically in Adobe Journey Optimizer and RTCDP.
  • Focus on delivery through collaboration.
  • Ability to work with internal clients and stakeholders analyzing the impact of each communication/use case proposed and measuring their value.
  • Able to work and understand a complex environment, with a global overview of the strategy and generating simple and scalable solutions.
  • Teamwork enthusiast, flexible, and willing to work in a multidisciplinary environment with the rest of the company.
  • Advanced level of English and desire to join an international environment.
  • Loves challenges and takes on the challenges of stakeholders as their own.
  • Knowledge of Agile Way of Working and its delivery framework.
