We are seeking a highly skilled Order Management Specialist to support our growing Automotive division in Zaragoza, Spain. This role will be responsible for managing customer orders between sales and operations to ensure the best service level and reliability to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage order management processes within the Business Logistics Center (BLC) to ensure efficient performance.
- Place orders and manage change requests in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, including Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) orders.
- Drive automation of order management processes using Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technology.
- Receive, track, and validate orders.
- Take actions to resolve any queries in a timely manner.
- Liaise with stakeholders and departments regularly to resolve any queries or incomplete statuses.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, business, or technical discipline, e.g., operations management or supply chain management.
- Advanced Excel functionality.
- Strongly required Advanced English.
